Located in the historic Hyde Park district of South Tampa, this 4,364 square foot new construction project consisted of a complete restaurant build out within an occupied apartment building. Interior finishes included wood and stainless steel wall paneling, custom steel casework, polished concrete floors, custom LED lighting, full kitchen with exhaust hoods, and installation of 10’ diameter Big Ass Fans. Exterior improvements included installation of metal wall paneling, stucco façade, signage, and new aluminum storefronts.
